  Richard Brause leads Time's Up!'s monthly Riverside Ride, a welcoming and inclusive evening tour of Central Park and the Hudson River Bike Path that shows the city at its best - by night. Meet at 10pm at the Columbus Circle entrance to Central Park; return to Columbus Circle around 12:30am. Distance? About 12 miles. Weather? We only cancel when no one in their right mind would have fun. Dress for the weather. Snow definitely DOESN'T cancel. This ride is appropriate for cyclists of just about any skill level.   Meet at the Boathouse in Central Park at 10 a.m. for a couple of easy loops of the park, then head up to Harlem for some coffee and pastries at the sleek, new Patisserie des Ambassades (2200 Frederick Douglass Blvd., northeast corner at 119th St., 212-666-0078, patisseriedesambassades.com). This Senegalese restaurant opens at 11 a.m. and has a full breakfast menu (eggs, omelettes, waffles, kebabs) as well as a pastry menu (croissants, beignets, tartes, éclairs, pain au chocolat); comments on Yelp.com seem to favor the croissant aux amandes, though a New York magazine reviewer recommended the croque madame (grilled ham and cheese sandwich with a fried egg on top) and the merguez sandwich.
