August when the Bronx River Parkway is closed to car traffic, from 10 a.m. to 2
p.m. Call (914) 864-PARK to confirm closure. Start at the Woodlawn/Jerome Ave.
stop on the no. 4 train, which is the last stop in the Bronx.
